ملخص البحث    The research Aims to Identify the Relations between Perceived Organizational change according to the battery of Bouckenooghe , Devos & Brooeck (2009) and its relation to the communicative - organizational identification of the Staff at South Valley University , and the sample consisted of (125) Staffs of Some university faculties, The most important research concluded that : (1) the elements of organizational change was a lesser extent than the average at the South Valley university with the exception of readiness for change, which came with a high degree (2) the Total average of Communicative – organizational Identification was High (3) the presence of statistically significant differences between the The External Nonverbal Communicative – organizational Identification and Internal nonverbal Communicative – organizational Identification at a level of (0.01) in favor of External Nonverbal Communicative – organizational Identification (4) There was a positive correlation with statistically significant between Organizational change and Communicative – organizational Identification at (0.05).
