مَواهِبُ الجَليلِ في تَحْريرِ ما حَوَاهُ مُخْتَصَرُ الشيخِ خَليلٍ
للعلامة علي بن زين العابدين ، نور الدين الأجهوري (ت:1066هـ)
تَحْقِيقَاً :
مِنْ أَوَّل قَوْله : ( فصل : وإِنْ زَرَعَ فَاسْتُحِقَّتْ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَنْتَفِعْ بِالزَّرْعِ ...).
حَـتّى قَــوْله : ( وَهَذَا صَادِقٌ بِمَا إِذَا كَانَ البَائِعُ وِصِيَّاً أَوْغَيْرَهُ ، كَمُقَدِمِ القَاضِي أَوِ القَاضِي أِوْ جَمَاعَةِ المَسْلِمِين ).
